A notice, not a queue

A scrim post names a region, a series length (best of 1, 3, or 5), and a start and end. Another captain can accept it. The posting team cannot accept its own note, and a non-captain cannot accept at all.

When someone accepts, the post is marked matched and both team names show. Arena does not create a lobby, exchange a code, or change a rating. You still meet in Rematch yourselves.

What is deliberately absent

There is no skill band, no automatic overlap matching, and no post-match rating of the other team. Those are common on larger competitive sites. They are not built here, so the board cannot pretend it balanced the game.
